Growing Instructions

  • Season: Cool season (best in spring & fall)

  • Sun: Full sun to partial shade

  • Sowing: Direct sow recommended

    • Plant ¼ inch deep

  • Spacing: Thin to 6–12 inches apart (wider = bigger leaves)

  • Water: Keep soil evenly moist for tender leaves

  • Harvest: Cut outer leaves as needed or harvest whole plants
